Hello!

A website? Multiple factors have played into creating a whole new dynamic when it comes to meeting people virtually and introducing oneself without necessarily being there. Remote working exploded with the arrival of the pandemic, with one result being the job search is no longer just in one's local area; we need to think broadly.

I've lived in the Metro Chicago, Illinois area my entire life, and studied Culinary Arts at Valparaiso University. Within the culinary arts, my primary role is an Executive Pastry Chef; I've spent over 10 years in notable City/Country Clubs in the area such as the Union League Club and Edgewood Valley. Pastry, though, isn't my only skill - to truly succeed more is needed, and I have formal training and experience in management and leadership.

At present I'm seeking what career journey is next for me, drawing upon my extensive skills within the kitchen - which go well beyond food and more into leadership and organizational skills - to something outside the culinary arts.
